My visit ended in a good note. I took my vehicle in for a state inspection. Upon arriving, Izzy informed me that the wait would be five hours, due to several techs being out with t I took my vehicle in for a state inspection. Upon arriving, Izzy informed me that the wait would be five hours, due to several techs being out with the flu. She asked if I would be leaving the vehicle. I said I would be waiting. She suggestion rescheduling. I declined because I needed the inspection. Thus, I began my five hour wait. An hour or so into my wait, Izzy comes to me bright and bubbly to tell me a tech was able to squeeze me in and my vehicle was conpleted. That made my day! More
