This for the sales department, I was told to come in and see if I could get a lower rating or get a new car got there and wasn’t able to get new car told the guy on the phone that the car I had just bought see if I could get a lower rating or get a new car got there and wasn’t able to get new car told the guy on the phone that the car I had just bought so ofc it had a lot left to pay on it on the phone it seem like they would buy the car out and I can get the new car but that wasn’t the case, so they tried to refinance me thinking they would try to do it with the bank the car is already financed through I seen no harm, no they ran my credit with multiple banks which can effect your score lucky I have a great score and was able too not get hit so hard but that is unacceptable you guys could just stopped at the first denial and not keep going More

Went in for a battery recall. Left there without any explanation of what was done and the battery was not charged.
