Did not like making an appointment for express oil change and then it taking 3.5 hours. That is not express service. I was told the Reason was how busy it was and there was 8 people ahead of me when I arrive and then it taking 3.5 hours. That is not express service. I was told the Reason was how busy it was and there was 8 people ahead of me when I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. Problem was all the upsetting going on was slowing the express service down at a time of year someone should say if you want extras to make a regular appointment. I drove 1.5 hours to get an oil change and then spent 3.5 hours waiting to drive back another 1.5 hours for an oil change. I will never schedule an express oil change again. I have several different vehicles and get them serviced at different dealerships and the is the worst experience ever in over 45 years. Loyalty usually means something when you purchase a vehicle and then service it at the same dealer when I have a Jeep dealership within 6 miles of my home but I guess that is one sided. More
