The truck should have been totaled when it was hit head on. It has custom tires and a lift and has never run the same since I got it back 13 weeks or so ago- now has rust. Replaced batteries at dealer cl on. It has custom tires and a lift and has never run the same since I got it back 13 weeks or so ago- now has rust. Replaced batteries at dealer closer to home, they died within a few weeks leaving me and my riders stranded in a storm Truck had to be towed I told them all that went on they said not us body shop. Evidently dealers aren’t connected so they couldn’t see battery replacement and sat calling wrong number to get info and ultimately found yes needed replacement of brand new batteries. No trust of repair and how this very expensive gladiator runs since the dealers “body shop” repaired it More

Simple 15k-mile check, oil change, cabin filter replacement, tire rotation and a minor recall fix to the rear seat belt turned into a 3-hour ordeal.
