My experience with the dealership entirely was the process took longer than expected. Kevin Jones went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and communicating with me about everything. A couple other staff members stepped in to assist also. After getting the keys in my hand it was a very proud moment for me and my children. I'm thankful for Capitol One Bank picking me to be able to get the vehicle. I called and made a reservation for a service of my key fob. When I got there, after taking off of work and calling that morning to confirm it would be fixed that day they did not even look at the key fob. fob. When I bought the car I was told I had to pay for LoJack because it was installed on the vehicle even though I didn't want it. It drained the battery which then caused the comfort screen to short out. Had because it was installed on the vehicle even though I didn't want it. Southern wouldn’t make it right, so I took it to Hall and they did it under goodwill. I had to come back to this section after seeing the rating for pickup and delivery of vehicle. This was a big selling point when I bought the car, only to be told by service that you do not provide delivery and pickup. i bought the car from Southern because of the promise of easy scheduling and being able to have the car picked up and dropped off, along with the free oil change and tire rotation. Hall has treated me much better. More

I am thoroughly disappointed in the service provided, the technician obviously doesn't take pride in their work. I waisted my time not only on one trip but had to go back a second time.
