This has been a Horrific Experience I purchased a Vehicle January 28th 2026, and 4 months Later I’m having Transmission issues not only for them to tell me that my warranty has expired and the extended warra January 28th 2026, and 4 months Later I’m having Transmission issues not only for them to tell me that my warranty has expired and the extended warranty is only covering portions of the repairs this has been a stressful draining Experience, having to pay for a rental car daily with minimal to no help from the warranty company, Service or sales I do not recommend anyone to purchase from southern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram as they just are pushing junk cars out and not caring for there customer safety or satisfaction the way I have been treated is Intolerable and I pray this reaches Someone that can make a difference as I feel I’ve exhausted all my resources. More
