The service was great, but the labor charges were outrageous! My car was with the mechanic for about six hours and the labor charge was two grand. Three hundred dollars an hour seems a bit excessive, outrageous! My car was with the mechanic for about six hours and the labor charge was two grand. Three hundred dollars an hour seems a bit excessive, but maybe they two or more mechanics working simultaneously. If that was the case, I’ll change my rating to five. More

I purchased a brand-new 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee L approximately two months ago and was disappointed with how my windshield warranty concern was handled. When I first noticed the crack, I brought t approximately two months ago and was disappointed with how my windshield warranty concern was handled. When I first noticed the crack, I brought the vehicle directly to the dealership. The service department inspected the windshield and confirmed there was no visible rock chip or other external impact. They were also able to feel the crack from the inside of the windshield. At the time, they believed it might have been related to the ADAS camera area but wanted to submit it to the manufacturer for review. The Service Director took photos of the windshield and told me I would hear back the following day. I never received that call. After that, I made multiple attempts to follow up, including phone calls, voicemails, and another visit to the dealership. I was then told it could take another week for corporate to make a decision. During that time, my wife and I began noticing water dripping from the rearview mirror area during heavy rain, making the situation much more urgent. With water actively entering a brand-new vehicle, I didn't feel I could continue waiting without risking additional damage. I ultimately had Safelite inspect the windshield. Their technician explained that the crack originated at the top of the windshield and propagated downward toward the ADAS area. They also found no evidence of an external impact, and the crack's progression was consistent with a stress-related failure rather than a rock strike. At that point, I chose to have the windshield replaced at my own expense because I could no longer justify waiting while water was entering the vehicle. I understand that warranty approvals sometimes require manufacturer review, and I wasn't expecting the dealership to make an immediate warranty decision. What I did expect was timely communication, follow-up, and a greater sense of urgency once it became clear there was water intrusion into a two-month-old vehicle. For a vehicle at this price point, I expected a much higher level of customer service. A simple phone call with regular updates would have gone a long way. Instead, I felt like I had to repeatedly chase answers while the condition of my new vehicle continued to worsen. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and follow-up for future customers facing similar situations. More
Originally I came without an appointment and was sent away as the process changed for inspection and oil change without notification. I was given an appointment and I returned the following week with an away as the process changed for inspection and oil change without notification. I was given an appointment and I returned the following week with an appointment for a 2.5 hour wait. This is far from me as I am prepared with work to do. Not sure how others feel as I heard a client complaining how deplorable it was that she had to wait so many hours because the AI assistant made her an appointment which was not communicated to staff. She was an elderly woman so I thought that was sad. I had this issue about six months ago as well. More

I love Barbara and how she is always truthful and helpful. She is the best part of the whole entire dealership! However, the inspectors were trying to fail me on a back break light. They said I sh helpful. She is the best part of the whole entire dealership! However, the inspectors were trying to fail me on a back break light. They said I should have a light over my rear tire. I explained to them that when I bought the jeep from you guys 4 years ago it did not come with a back light over the tire, so I didn't think it was fair to fail me, especially since it's been passing inspection without it since 2022.
