I'm giving Barbara a 5, however, the company that was handling my appointment made it seem like I was talking to someone at the dealership. So it was the day of my appt that I found out I could be withou handling my appointment made it seem like I was talking to someone at the dealership. So it was the day of my appt that I found out I could be without my Jeep for up to two weeks. Thankfully, it didn't impact me because I have a back up vehicle, but to most ppl, that's infuriating!!! More
