On August 4th, 2026 I took my vehicle to Southern Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Greenbrier 1414 S Military Hwy Chesapeake, VA 23320 Service Department for warranty repair (drivers side visor broken). Part Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Greenbrier 1414 S Military Hwy Chesapeake, VA 23320 Service Department for warranty repair (drivers side visor broken). Parts put on order on August 4th, 2026 - no follow up by the Service Team until I called on August 27th, 2026 - was told part not available until October 2026 (remember I called them for an update, they did not call me). I was told to call other Jeep Dealerships to see if they could get the replacement visor sooner - I purchased the vehicle from the Jeep Dealership on Military Highway in Chesapeake - my expectation is they perform my Service (especially warranty work). I asked if the Southern Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Greenbrier called other dealerships for this part - did not get a clear answer. So I will be calling back next week. More
