After waiting about a week for a starter to come in, I paid over $2,600.00 to have it replaced. After 5 days sitting after I picked it up (went out of town) I went to start my Jeep Cherokee and it was ma paid over $2,600.00 to have it replaced. After 5 days sitting after I picked it up (went out of town) I went to start my Jeep Cherokee and it was making the same clicking sound as when the truck was originally towed to the dealership. I got a second opinion and found the problem was the battery. Needless to say after replacing both batteries and labor, I ended up paying approximately $3,200.00. I am very disappointed and I will be contacting a district manager for Southern Jeep next week. More

Even though the AI gave me a noon appointment, Brian called a few people to see if they thought they could get the job done that day. And they did! When I initially bought my vehicle in I was not happy at all with the Service Center advisor. I was not advised that it would be days before the vehicle was looked at even though I had an appointment. I h all with the Service Center advisor. I was not advised that it would be days before the vehicle was looked at even though I had an appointment. I had to keep asking for updates. It was ridiculous. Parts had to be ordered. I was not contacted when they came in. I had to make a trip to the dealership. While there, I made the appointment for the repairs. When I arrived for the appointment, the Service Advisor said he didn't see me listed. However, he took ownership of the situation and got me in. I was able to pick up my vehicle before the end of the day. For that I was grateful. Southern dealership doesn't offer courtesy rides 😕 I'm not a fan of the dealership yet! My previous Ford dealership was awesome. More
