My car was taken in when there was no time to work on it. I was called, told it was ready when it hadn't even been checked yet. We called to skedule an appointment to get my jeep fixed,had it towed. Said they would look at it the same day or the next.The next day someone different called and said I have your keys what is wrong fixed,had it towed. After waiting about a week for a starter to come in, I paid over $2,600.00 to have it replaced. After 5 days sitting after I picked it up (went out of town) I went to start my Jeep Cherokee and it was ma paid over $2,600.00 to have it replaced. After 5 days sitting after I picked it up (went out of town) I went to start my Jeep Cherokee and it was making the same clicking sound as when the truck was originally towed to the dealership. I got a second opinion and found the problem was the battery. Needless to say after replacing both batteries and labor, I ended up paying approximately $3,200.00. I am very disappointed and I will be contacting a district manager for Southern Jeep next week. More
