I found out my southern hospitality program had been discontinued however I don't have a record of an email with that. I only found additional repair warranty plans that I was being upsold to but no can discontinued however I don't have a record of an email with that. I only found additional repair warranty plans that I was being upsold to but no can legation of my southern hospitality. I came in for an oil change and state inspection, the inspection was $20 which is the right price. However I was not expecting to be charged for inspecting the under part of my truck, I did not ask for that service (I assume it used to be free with southern hospitality) it was approx a $60 fee I did not ask for but forced to pay. I feel very ripped off by that $60 service I didn't ask for and also that my lifetime plan was canceled and I have not been offered a prorated refund for the remainder of what the time frame of the lifetime of the program should be remaining. I am motivated to make an appointment with the Virginia attorney general, this is not right and I refuse to be ripped off. More

Not very friendly. .like I was a burden on a Saturday If I didn't purchase my bands at Southern liquidation and guaranteed a free oil I would not go back. I was reminded that I have a Mercedes and they are a Southern Dodge place and I told them that I had purchased the vehicle at Southern liquidation.
