Service department is very friendly and easy to get an appointment. I have been using this service department since I purchased my 2021 jeep rubicon with little to no issues. 6monthes ago I had an oil cha appointment. I have been using this service department since I purchased my 2021 jeep rubicon with little to no issues. 6monthes ago I had an oil change that cost $60 not bad but not the best price either. Last week I brought my jeep in for another oil change and the price has sky rocketed to $130. You think with a massive price increase like that, the service department would at least tell you before you have the service. But no. Once it comes time to pay I was presented with this bill. When I asked why the price increased so much in just the last6monthes, I was told labor rates went up. I felt scammed and held hostage to pay the bill. So I did and immediately started researching other places to take my jeep. I have found so many other places that provide more for my money that I will be taking my jeep to in the future. Thank you for the time we had together, but we are breaking up. More
