Tina in the maintenance department understand that I am hearing impaired and cannot use the phone. She is wonderful to text me appointment times. For years now, she has personally made things easier for me hearing impaired and cannot use the phone. She is wonderful to text me appointment times. For years now, she has personally made things easier for me by allowing me to text her information in advance. This last time, we were afraid it was going to be something serious like a module in the computer or maybe even the computer itself. Luckily, after a 45 minute or so wait, she called me over to tell me it was a fuse!! So relieved!! Everyone there, including the mechanics are always so friendly and personable and makes me feel so welcomed. They take time to explain to me exactly what is going on. It is very much appreciated! More
