I dropped off my car 2hrs before my appointment and she said it was going to be ready by 5:00pm so i had no issues; I told her as long as i get it back today im ok with because it is my only ride. So i left the dealership came home and by three I was getting ready to head back and hang the rest of the time in the dealership. Therefore I requested an uber all this time she didn't give any update until I was about to get into the uber when she calls and says 'oh the technicians were backed up so it is not going to be ready today until tomorrow. So i cancelled the uber. I would understand if she would off called earlier like by noon so I could accommodate my time and things More

I have an appointment on May 29, dropped my car off May 20 for safety concerns. June 11th was notified my car was finally being diagnosed. June 17 I picked my car and popped the hood, mulling clamps were n 20 for safety concerns. June 11th was notified my car was finally being diagnosed. June 17 I picked my car and popped the hood, mulling clamps were not fastened and were dangling, breather tub not installed. Oil on my intake tube from the oil change. Greasy marks on my white car exterior. Grease marks on my interior door cards. Greasy and sticky steering wheel. 2 hours later my car was ready, randomly in the dealership lot, my window actuator exploded. Keep in mind the battery was disconnected at some point and connected, because my car clock was flashing at the time of disconnect. I hate bringing my car to your dealership, I've never had a positive experience and always get left with a dirtier than when I brought it in car. I have pictures and video for my records of this last visit. More
