Kept the vehicle for two weeks. When told it was ready, vehicle did not start. Paid for new starter. Two days later, vehicle still not starting. Nearly 2k in repairs. Very disappointed with the fact that when we picked up my vehicle after it had been worked on in December 2022 we weren’t told about any other issues…was told that it had been fixed and was all set ….loss wi vehicle after it had been worked on in December 2022 we weren’t told about any other issues…was told that it had been fixed and was all set ….loss wiring was the explanation. One week later the engine light appeared… called had to wait until February 2023 for it to be looked at…….was told about three different issues and one had already been done….I explained that I had receipts showing that the spark plugs had been replaced….again very disappointed with how I was spoken to by the representative when I was asking her about the previous repair work and it not being discussed with us that my Jeep had other issues that should be addressed More
