I unfortunately noticed this after signing and driving off the lot, and would have included this in the pricing negation since I will have to to spend over 2k to have these features installed. I also wanted my get my car loan through navy fed and asked the sales rep if I would have to go to the bank myself first before purchasing. They said I do not and they can process the loan through navy fed, through the dealership. When I got to financing I was informed that I couldn’t process the loan through navy fed and could only go through the credit union they already had on standby. I unfortunately did not have the choice other to sign with that bank and will have to have the loan refinanced at a later date. More

Worst dealership I ever seen. Management are complete liars. Sold me a jeep that should have failed safety inspection.
