Litrice was helpful with assisting me in getting my truck. I noticed that there were 3 features missing from my vehicle that was listed online and on the sticker but were not installed into my truck (A truck. I noticed that there were 3 features missing from my vehicle that was listed online and on the sticker but were not installed into my truck (Apple Car Play, Keyless Entry, and Auto Start). I unfortunately noticed this after signing and driving off the lot, and would have included this in the pricing negation since I will have to to spend over 2k to have these features installed. I also wanted my get my car loan through navy fed and asked the sales rep if I would have to go to the bank myself first before purchasing. They said I do not and they can process the loan through navy fed, through the dealership. When I got to financing I was informed that I couldn’t process the loan through navy fed and could only go through the credit union they already had on standby. I unfortunately did not have the choice other to sign with that bank and will have to have the loan refinanced at a later date. More

Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing . Received 2 confirmation calls the day before the appointment, told them both they have the wrong time for me in the system. When i showed up the service person told me “ I had you scheduled for this morning , now you need to wait “ When i talked to the sales person how i bought the car from/with how about the Locksmith who supposed to make me a 2nd key he just gave me a 🤷♂️. After 1hour and 45min my car was finally done , they had to disconnect the battery and nothing was set up again like time , date it was 56 degrees outside my window was open the seat was not put back in the position it was . Overall terrible experience, just as bad as the sales department. Would not recommend this dealership for any service, they don’t know what customer service is or how to give it. More
Dropped off my 2500 Ram for annual inspection. They inspected it. I got my truck back, but had to call the dealership to see if it was ready. Worst dealership I ever seen. Management are complete liars. Sold me a jeep that should have failed safety inspection. Then when called them out on it acted like they where doing Management are complete liars. Sold me a jeep that should have failed safety inspection. Then when called them out on it acted like they where doing me a favor fixing it. Which I did myself in one day they said two weeks to fix it. A dirt lot dealership is far better then this place.
