The intake representative was great but the tech who did the oil change only checked4 of the 27 point inspection and they said it was because he was new and did not know. Interesting. Then I had to come back the next day for the 27 point inspection because I was not satisfied with it not being completed. My vehicle dash says oil change required even though I had it changed.so not so sure it was done. This service required me to leave work early 2 days in a row. Big inconvenience . More
