The service department had my vehicle for a full week for a basic service and oil change. When I reached out to the service advisor to arrange pickup (after 6 days in the shop) they told me my vehicle hadn't a basic service and oil change. When I reached out to the service advisor to arrange pickup (after 6 days in the shop) they told me my vehicle hadn't been brought in for the oil change yet. After trying to coordinate pickup, they lost my keys and sent me to the sales floor to get them (sales had to go back to service to find the keys hanging on the service rack). They also erased all my settings, set my screen language to Italian, hit a pole leaving a dent and scratches on my rear side panel (not disclosed to me), failed to do part of the requested service, and missed a recall. I bought a 26 Chrysler Pacifica. The process went fine and sales person was fine. My brand new vehicle is having some issues and no one will return my calls.
