I made an appointment on line. When I arrived I was treated like I didn't have an appointment. I was asked very gruffly about how I scheduled the appointment. When I said on line she said - that's why it doesn't show up. Yet I had received multiple text messages and emails reminding me of the appointment. She acted like I had done something wrong. Then she said there was no way they could look at the other problem with my vehicle (as listed on the on line form) because she didn't have enough technicians and she was working me into the schedule. I have to bring my vehicle back which is ridiculous. She was rude. More

They charged me for a wheel alignment that they never performed. I had to take my vehicle back for the service. They should have returned my money and made the technician pay for it performed.
