I went in for a routine oil change on the 23rd of June. Returned on the 26th, was told there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. Returned again on 29th because my oil pressure light was on. Was dismissed with my vehicle until my husband came to discuss issues wrong with my vehicle after the third time being seen. Services stated that 'they are in the business of repairs' while my husband and I stated a technician made an error with my vehicle. They did correct the repairs however, why did it take my husband taking off work and coming down to see them to 1. Admit there was an issue with my car. 2. Discuss with my husband the 1200 bill they gave us after a third trip. 3. Why wasn't the issue taken seriously after the second trip. More
I'm sure why im being changed for safety glasses and gloves. Isn't this part of your mechanical standard epa safety? While scheduling a Saturday morning appointment for an oil change, multipoint inspection, tire rotation, and state inspection was easy, the actual execution of the service was highly disappointing. The service center failed to properly reinstall the catalytic converter heat shield, leaving it loose and flapping in the wind while I was driving. This caused significant concern that something was seriously wrong with my vehicle. For a dealership service department, I expect a much higher standard of thoroughness and safety. More
