Service was good. My exception was set for service and I offered a rental if I didn't want to wait. The service area also had free bottled water and light snacks. They completely rebuilt my engine under warranty. It last for 10,000 miles and then had a catastrophic break down. They wouldn't cover the work because it was 30 days outside of warranty. Had an appointment to drop my truck off at 09:30 on a Thursday morning. When I requested a state inspection, they said it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. They also to me they were going to charge m Thursday morning. When I requested a state inspection, they said it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. They also to me they were going to charge me $179 “diagnosis fee” to find out why my engine light was on. It’s your light, shouldn’t you know without me paying you? Then I was told it was going to be $149 “diagnosis fee” to find out why my windshield wipers weren’t working. I called late Friday morning to find out when my truck would be done. “The technician will tell me what’s going on this afternoon.” “So you’ll know when I can pick up the truck this afternoon?” “He’ll tell me what’s going on.” “So he hasn’t even looked at my truck yet? “No.” “Why did I make an appointment then?” Never heard back on Friday. Called on Mondy: “The technician should get to it today.” Truck wasn’t ready until Wednesday. No communication. No loaner car. Just a black hole for service. Then, to add insult to injury, they added a 3.5% service charge when I used my credit card to pay a bill over $2,000. I would rather abandon my truck on the side of the road than have these thieves work on it again. More
