Atrocious customer service If anyone is on the market for a vehicle, i would steer them away from this dealership. I bought a vehicle from Southern in Norfolk and the ONLY reason i bought from there was because a manager by the name of Clayt was the most professional, kind and honest person who helped fix all my issues. I would give this dealership 5 stars based off of his actions and help but i am giving this dealership 1 star, wish i could give less, because of a salesman named Ruben who needs to be fired. This man was not only rude, disgenuin, unprofessional and short tempered. He treated myself, an active service memeber in uniform, with no respect and tried to take advantage of me. All he saw were dollar signs, not the person. This man tried to sell me everything under the sun EXCEPT the vehicle i came in for that was double the price. I don’t respect him or the company if they continue to let someone like him work for them. Not only did he try to get me into very expensive vehicles, he was also trying to get me to lease when i was not interested. Not friendly or professional. More

Never had such a great experience I’ve never had a better experience at a dealership. Was waiting for an oil change and ended up trading in my Jeep for a newer one! Reubin was fantasti I’ve never had a better experience at a dealership. Was waiting for an oil change and ended up trading in my Jeep for a newer one! Reubin was fantastic. I told him for the jump that I really wasn’t interested in getting anything new yet however he still took the time to show me an amazing Jeep. After some time and negotiation Reubin and the team was able to present me with an amazing deal I could not walk away from. I’m very thankful for the amount of work and patience everyone put forth and continued to give up until the deal was final and I officially drove off the lot with my amazing new Jeep. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for something new! More

Thank you for the the Southern Hospitality ended up being a multi-day process, and honestly, after day 1, based on my research, I wasn’t sure I made a good decision. However, the salesman visi ended up being a multi-day process, and honestly, after day 1, based on my research, I wasn’t sure I made a good decision. However, the salesman visibly loves the challenge of selling cars. He runs everywhere and works to earn your business by communicating every step of the way. He picked us up from home when needed, helped my mother and when I thought I wanted a different car, he quickly found out the cost of the upgrade and called to inform me. Day 2 was a great experience. The salesman communicated well about our meeting time, so we could leave quickly. Financing was truly a biblical experience. Truthfully, I was a bit overwhelmed by the price, but was able to get all the random up-sell warranties for a great price that made the overall payment feel more reasonable & gave me peace of mind with my first used car in decades. Thank you, Reubin and Frank This was my 5th time buying a car, but definitely my most memorable experience due to the gregarious staff. More

The work that i had done to the car was the worst work I've ever seen. Taking it back to be re done. Undercoat was ridiculous. Not professional at all. Interior cleaning theres silicone all over the fabric seats. The paint guard was applied to a dirty surface so they buffed the dirt into the paint. Theres more tint wasn't done that i paid for then they tell me i have to get a voucher and go somewhere else to get it done. Just very unsatisfying to say the least. If they dont fix this i will not buy another car from this dealership. More
