Great Sales Manager, Shaky Salesman My experience with my particular salesman was not great. I knew what vehicle i was interested in so he did not have to do much. First we had to ride t My experience with my particular salesman was not great. I knew what vehicle i was interested in so he did not have to do much. First we had to ride to multiple different lots to find the car in question. After finding it and deciding to apply, I found out i did not qualify. He did not attempt to get me into another vehicle even with my communicating two other vehicles I was interested in. He was forgetful and his communication was not up to par. I could tell he felt I would not be approved for another vehicle and just pushed me to the side. I decided to make another trip up to the dealership and ended up speaking wit Clayt Hennessee, the sales manager. He was excellent and changed my whole experience around. He was about to work out my deal the very next day for the 2nd vehicle I was interested in. If i had not taken the time to go speak with him, I would still be without a vehicle. More

Pleasant, straight forward conversation, respectful, honest, Really appreciate all those things. The other reason I stopped at Southern is I had made contact via the internet, and the sales person called me directly and she (cannot remember her name) was also very professional and courteous. The people there were just very pleasant to deal with. And, in the end when my new pick up arrived, it was exactly as I had ordered. No issues or miscues. Right on.
