Lack of consideration for a customer's time. My wife and I entered the dealership on Saturday, preapproved, and knew the vehicle that we wanted. Test drove a GC but wasn't happy with it, didn't My wife and I entered the dealership on Saturday, preapproved, and knew the vehicle that we wanted. Test drove a GC but wasn't happy with it, didn't see anything else we liked. Returned the next day (they were open to capture last minute sales) and worked with Robert to look for another vehicle on their lot. Let Robert know that I would be traveling to the peninsula because I knew there was a couple of GC's at Pomoco NNews. He then provided a window sticker of a vehicle that included the options we were looking for, and told me that he could have it at his lot on Monday. Monday turned into Tuesday afternoon, then Tuesday early evening as we waited for it's arrival. After researching the VIN I found that is was located at the Pomoco NNews dealership. Once it arrived we were told that it needed to be inspected and detailed. Another couple of hours passed and the vehicle was presented to us still wet (ran through the washer, not detailed), and needs a front end alignment (noticed this as we drove it home). Robert did what he could, little support from anyone else. More

I wasn’t leaving with a car unless I was able to get somewhere in the realm of 3-4% interest with a great warranty. I got exactly that. They were strait up, no smoke and mirrors. The only complaint I had was when it rained a few days later my wipers fell apart but I’m going to assume that was from sitting in the lot for so long and it was a simple fix. Otherwise, I highly recommend this dealership for any first time buyers and military alike. I’m very happy with my car. More

First impression was amazing! Didn’t last, unfortunately! I was due to have my baby 3 days later, talk about timing!!! Then I received a letter from the bank stating they would not accept the deal but they would accept a modified offer from dealer. I don’t have the time to call and see what the “modifications” are. I don’t think the dealership should let you drive away for 25 days if the deal isn’t complete... More
