My experience with the person that checked in my car for service was great. The technician that changed my vehicle oil. Did an extremely poor job servicing my car. They didn't replace my car's air filter co service was great. The technician that changed my vehicle oil. Did an extremely poor job servicing my car. They didn't replace my car's air filter cover. Nor did they reconnect the hose. Which resulted in me being stranded in Norfolk. I was able to repair temporary repair my car and drive home. Repair my car. This was totally unacceptable. More

Took my truck for oil change and it got scratched. The dealership put me in a rental and sent the truck to the body shop to fix the damages caused by the dealership. When I received the truck back fro The dealership put me in a rental and sent the truck to the body shop to fix the damages caused by the dealership. When I received the truck back from body shop the paint job was terrible. The dealership did send the truck back in to get painted again and this time it came out a lot better. The main issue is there needs to be a form of quality control in the body shop and in the work shops. That truck should not have left the bay with the tech not pointing out the scratches. Also the truck should not have left the body shop with the terrible paint job that was conducted there. By implementing a simple quality program in the service department. You could prevent these issues ever being given to customers. You can go online and see how poorly the reviews are for both the body shop and dealership. I definitely recommend making some changes to help boost your customer rates. More
