Ricky kept in touch, with out pressuring me, I really wanted to surprise my beautiful wife with a new car with out her finding out Ricky was sharp and never let the cat out of the bag. Because of my job we had to work out the deal over the phone and internet making it easy to negotiate price and expectations. HE DID EVERTHING HE SAID HE WOULD! I'm a guy with little time I hate going into a dealership and haggling over price... then they send you on the run around...how much do you want your monthly payments to be... GOT none of that from Ricky, I was there to buy a car at the best price without the pain! I got a great deal, I was in and out in about 1 hour ...I spent more time talking to Frank the Money Man, because I liked him and really thought he had some terrific stories...Even after I got the car home and found a few problems with the paint Ricky called several times to make sure the paint will get corrected The entire staff is outstanding.
