I dropped off my vehicle the night before, parked it in the express lane. @0800 I came in to xx the status of my vehicle and it was parked in the back, not touched. The service department, the chick at the the express lane. @0800 I came in to xx the status of my vehicle and it was parked in the back, not touched. The service department, the chick at the express lane xx-in to Sam in the office and the manager in the back proceeded to argue with me about not completing my vehicle’s oil change bc I wasn’t “waiting in the vehicle and waiters come first.” My car was dropped off and was the ONLY car waiting the night prior. The manager tried to explain how their xx-in process works and tried to say there was oil changes before me that were not completed the day prior; only to prove to me my vehicle wasn’t even xx’d in their system, like he said they do every morning. I was in his office and he showed me on his monitor and took my last name down on a sticky note. When I told him I used to work there and that is not how the car drop off box works and no it hasn’t always been that way then all the sudden, I was right. Everyone wasted my time and argued with me about a system they were completely wrong with. The only person who deserves a 10 is the technician who did the actual work on my car. More
