This is the second time I have brought my truck in to get my oil changed and something went wrong with it. The first time they left my radiator cap off this time the truck computer has shut everything down my oil changed and something went wrong with it. The first time they left my radiator cap off this time the truck computer has shut everything down and I had to have it tow to another dealership. When I told them the engine light came on after the oil change and tire rotation. They told me they couldn't look at it for another week, which is crazy. They should have been saying bring it in now and let us check it out. I'm highly disappointed 😞 More

The customer service in the service department was excellent. The young lady who serviced me was very pleasant and humorous.
