Service department was great upon check in. During the repair, I received no updates concerning my repair. I had to call to get updates. Found out part had to be re-ordered and then found ou During the repair, I received no updates concerning my repair. I had to call to get updates. Found out part had to be re-ordered and then found out during a phone call the mechanic was out due to medical. I had to initiate the conversation to see if they would re-assign the work or did I have to wait an undetermined amount of time for the mechanic to come back. It took an email to and phone call from the general manager to get the repair completed. More
