Had gotten a screw in my tire.Called to make sure I had tire road hazard on my 2021 Jeep trailhawk. Got a run around from service department said they couldn't say weather I had coverage or not.So hung up tire road hazard on my 2021 Jeep trailhawk. So finally got what I wanted to know.So removed my now flat tire and rolled it into service dept Young lady named Destany was so nice and very professional said I will take care of your tire and do all the checking I needed for coverage. Picked tire up the extra morning even though you had it ready for me my 5 pm the same day I dropped it off. Destiny should be promoted to a higher position she really seems to care unlike soany you have working in the service department More
