Just had the worst dealership experience since I had to deal with Greenbrier Dodge. Brought it in for a failed A/C compressor and it turned into several return trips and additional issues. The first round, deal with Greenbrier Dodge. Brought it in for a failed A/C compressor and it turned into several return trips and additional issues. The first round, they forgot to reinstall a lower belt shield, used the wrong belt (it was rubbing the backside of the tensioner) and the rear A/C was never fixed. Second time, they tried returning it with 2 broken interior panel clips, a hanging exhaust hanger ( it wasn’t damaged or broken, just not remounted to the vehicle) and grease all over the driver’s seat and armrest. Driving off the lot, I noticed an exhaust noise/vibration, but assumed it was a misaligned bracket and didn’t want to deal with the horrible repairs anymore. After going under the vehicle at home, I noticed that the middle heat shield was mashed up above the exhaust pipe when the hanging bracket was reinstalled. I drove back the next day and was understandably angry and at that point realized I wasn’t dealing with competent people. The service rep, Tina, was rude and condescending from the very beginning of this mess and had weeks waiting on back ordered parts to make sure the vehicle was returned in the condition it was delivered and the repairs were completed. All 3 times. When I asked to see the service manager, Shawn, I experienced something that I can only describe as total shock. He tried explaining away every issue in an incoherent and uneducated manner. If the hanging bracket was due to damage, why was the exhaust pipe in perfect (not even a scratch) condition? Did the bracket unscrew itself? There was no broken bolt left in the frame and no way damage could have worked it’s way around the exhaust and damaged the shield above it. The exhaust was simply reinstalled incorrectly and the manager’s reasoning was that the vehicle was “ never on the lift.” Regardless of lifted or not, the location of the rear A/C lines and the tow hitch require the exhaust be loosened and moved to access the hardware. This is directly from Dodge’s own service manual. Assuming that was even referenced during this repair. If your goal is to provide this level of service, don’t expect myself or anyone that I may be in contact with, in person or on social media to purchase and/or have their vehicle serviced at your facility. These horrible experiences and what we all know to be a subpar product are the reason Chrysler extended their warranty indefinitely on my vehicle to begin with. If you like photos of anything regarding these repairs to solidify my observations, feel free to ask. More

I had checked in online and was told to give my keys to a service associate named Sam. I was immediately greeted by a nice woman from the express desk and I told her I had checked in online and was supposed service associate named Sam. I was immediately greeted by a nice woman from the express desk and I told her I had checked in online and was supposed to see Sam, she pointed him out and said he would be with me next. When he was through he came over, I told him the same and he dismissed me and told me the express lane woman would take care of me. She then was with someone else. I found his behavior rude and unacceptable since I had just driven an hour for an oil change on the 50k vehicle I just bought from your dealership! Looks like we could use another course in customer service! More

Just came in for my first oil change after buying vehicle. I made appointment online three weeks prior for 8 am. I show up 5 minutes before the appointment and was told I could pick it up just after vehicle. I made appointment online three weeks prior for 8 am. I show up 5 minutes before the appointment and was told I could pick it up just after lunch which means what?? 12 or 1?? So I make an appointment weeks before and when I show up you tell it'll be 5 hours!! Wow! Oil change 5 hours xxx!! So I either wait or reschedule says the service department rep. What a crock of xxxx! No one tells you you'll be waiting 5 hours, that would have been helpful to know at the time of making the appointment after driving 45 minutes on a Saturday morning. This is xx!! Why have an appointment? Take a page from Jiffy Lube!! 30 minutes or less they manage an oil change. Southern Hospitality program is joke if this is how you run it. Hey let's sell people on free oil changes and make it so inconvenient they won't use it. I could understand 2 hour wait but 5 is insane. So disappointed I have to deal with this for oil changes for the life of this vehicle if I want the free. More
I purchased a 2013 Jeep wrangler a month ago from Southern Norfolk Airport Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram FIAT with extended warranty for 3 years that I have been told on multiple occasions covers everythin Southern Norfolk Airport Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram FIAT with extended warranty for 3 years that I have been told on multiple occasions covers everything on the jeep "bumper to bumper" regardless of issue. Brought my car into service 2 weeks after my purchase to check out a problem of it stalling out since I've had it and was finally told 2 weeks later that it doesn't cover this issue (vacuum pump and sensor failed) and I would have to pay $1000 or not get it fixed. Very Frustrating because on numerous occasions, even as recent as Tuesday 6/29 that yes warranty covers it and but service dept. claims it doesn't and at this point is very frustrating, annoying and a complete 180 from the customer service this dealership prides itself upon. Horrible customer service. My mother also co-signed and was present during all the paper work and was told the same thing I have been told. More
Very disappointed in the service department. We took our Fiat in to figure out why the break light would turn off and on while driving. They told us it was a sensor and replaced it. We took the car home a Fiat in to figure out why the break light would turn off and on while driving. They told us it was a sensor and replaced it. We took the car home and that didn't fix the issue. They didn't even check to see if that fixed the problem before having us take it home! When we contacted them they said to bring it in again. We brought the car back and they said "must be a loose wire, Sorry" 🤷. Soooo they replaced a sensor that didn't need to be replaced and didn't fix the issue I took it in for. $600 later and nothing is fixed. What a joke. More
