The first 5 or 6 years of horrible service was at Greenbrier Dodge. This time, however, this horrible service was done at Southern Dodge in Norfolk, VA…..Starting to run out of competent service departments. On to the next one….

I apologize for the long wait times. We appreciate your feedback. After 30 years in the business and providing free oil changes for life during that time, we have evaluated some of our processes during peak traffic times. Due to the environment we live in and the staffing challenges it has created, we are now implementing a first come first serve process for oil changes on Saturdays. We hope this will help to counteract some of the obstacles you mentioned.

Thank you I really appreciate that you changed your processes to make it first come first serve. I apologize for the original reviews tone as I was pretty upset that day. I didn’t mention this because I submitted my review immediately after hearing it would be a 5 hour wait but I will say the staff was very nice and professional so no complaints with Southern staff.
