For this service visit I set up an appointment online for an early Monday morning appointment. Rather than sit and wait for the vehicle my daughter met me at the dealership when I dropped our 2018 Pacifica off Sunday evening. I put the recall notices in the service envelope along with the key and placed it in the drop box. The next morning I received a call that the vehicle was ready for pick up and they did a state inspection for free. Great surprise. My daughter brought be back over and we were out of there in 10 minutes. Great friendly service. More
