I would like to share my experience at Hall Ford service since it was the only time I have gone to a dealer for service and didn't come away feeling screwed. In fact I was pleasantly surprised when I called since it was the only time I have gone to a dealer for service and didn't come away feeling screwed. In fact I was pleasantly surprised when I called and was greeted on the phone by Lisa Anderson. I had a problem with the transmission on my van and when I spoke to Lisa, she said bring it on in immediately. What a shock. Even more so she knew what she was talking about and promised a call back the same day and did with an estimate on the repairs. She even got part of the repair warrantied when I thought it was out of warranty. Go Lisa! She provided me a ride home and in less time than originally expected she called to say it was ready. Imagine my shock when The bill was about half of what she had estimated. I picked up my van today and it runs great and I would recommend Hall Ford and Lisa Anderson to anyone who wants honest and caring service for their vehicle. Sincerely, Al Winall More
