WE PURCHASED A FORD FIVE HUNDRED IN 2006 DUE TO THE 170 MILE PER DAY COMMUTE PER DAY; WE THOUGHT THE FIVE HUNDRED WOULD BE A SAFE AND RELIABLE VEHCILE. I CAN HONESTLY SAY I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GREAT RIDIN MILE PER DAY COMMUTE PER DAY; WE THOUGHT THE FIVE HUNDRED WOULD BE A SAFE AND RELIABLE VEHCILE. I CAN HONESTLY SAY I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GREAT RIDING IN MY VEHCILE AND HAVE BECOME MORE THAN A REGULAR AT THE SERVICE DEPT DUE TO MY FREQUENT OIL CHANGES. PHIL CAUSEY IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ALWAYS HAS A PLEASANT ATTUIDE AND NO MATTER WHAT DAY OR TIME I CALL TO SCHEDULE ANY KIND OF SERVICE I AM TOLD TO COME RIGHT IN AND THE WAIT IS NEVER LONG. I ALWAYS GET HONEST ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS AND PRICES ARE ALWAYS GIVEN UP FRONT; SO IF THERE SERVICE THAT'S NEEDED A MONTH OR SO LATER I CAN PLAN MY FINANCES FOR THAT EXPENSE. NO SURPRISES. I HAVE HEARD SOME HORROR STORIES ABOUT SOME DEALER SERVICE SHOPS BUT WE ARE GLAD WE CHOSE HALL FORD TO PURCHASE AND SERVICE OUR VEHICLE. More
