took my vehicle in for oil service (to include a 23 point inspection) and tire balancing. . returned home and discovered my tires are worn to the marker. . i told them i was towing a trailer on a cross c inspection) and tire balancing. . returned home and discovered my tires are worn to the marker. . i told them i was towing a trailer on a cross country trip, but they didn't alert me to the danger from worn tires. . clearly, they don't do a 23 point inspection. . i wasted $80 to balance the tires. . they lost an opportunity to sell me 4 tires. . they also lost my future business because i don't trust their service. hall ford service department doesn't deliver trustworthy service. I had my vehicle serviced at Hall Fird/Lincoln (Newport News) on 07/15, for oil change and new battery. The next morning of 07/16, there was a flap hanging which prevented me from driving until I had AAA News) on 07/15, for oil change and new battery. The next morning of 07/16, there was a flap hanging which prevented me from driving until I had AAA come to secure. I was then, able to drive back to Hall Ford/Lincoln, who placed the proper screws in place. My Service Rep. was Alicia C., who got things taken care of and got me on my way in short order. Happy Customer!! More
