Had my truck in for services and Hall Ford did their usual great job. I was met with a nice greeting and everything proceeded from there just fine. Went for a ten K milage service. Appointment at 9AM. Service took the car in at the proper time and had it finished , washed and back to me within an hour. Reps. very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get the “works” special that was advertised! I was charged over a hundred dollars for an oil change and tire rotation. I paid extra for rear brakes, but that cost was for $169.00. William Rodgers is excellent. I would have went somewhere else if it were not for his great customer service. I missed my appt and came in the following day, but Mike (my service writer) was amazing and fit me in and got me out within an hour or so. He was very knowledgeable about the services Hall provided and als (my service writer) was amazing and fit me in and got me out within an hour or so. He was very knowledgeable about the services Hall provided and also very efficient in terms of communicating with me throughout the whole process.
