Awesome service We have used Hall Ford Lincoln for all our service needs since 2010 and have always received great service. This past week we needed service on our Edge for an issue we encountered while away on vacation. Chris worked us in for a Saturday repair and service. He was very attentive and accommodating and listened to our concerns regarding our issue. I will most definitely ask for Chris the next time we need to have our car serviced or repaired. More

I faithfully scheduled my routine maintenance and repairs through them since the first day I purchased my SUV.. In July this year I went to Wynne to get a spare key cut that was already programmed and ready to be matched to my original. They did it with no questions asked and I walked out a happy customer. Today, August 19th, I went to Hall Ford in Denbigh Newport News to make another duplicate key and the gentlemen behind the service desk told me if I didn't purchased a programmed key from them, that he couldn't do anything for me. I live in the Denbigh area and was looking to purchase a new Escape. I don't know if I should go to Hampton Wynne Ford or go to another model from another dealership??? this has left a bad taste in my mouth. More

Bring in your F150 and we'll change your oil for you using your provided oil and filter. Lisa Anderson my service advisor took care of my appointment and the task was accomplished today. Wonderful organization and personnel. Taking care of your customers is number one priority, often spoken, this proves Hall Ford believes - and allows their managers the ability to make you feel special. More

Already unhappy, because what should have been a 1 hour turned in to 3 hours, before I was informed that they couldn't fix my brake light, they had to order a module. 8 days later, going to pick it up. Excellent Customer service I had an appointment for a recall notice on my Mustang. When I arrived my service specialist was not at his desk. That's when Chris Eanes stepped over and checked me in so I didn't have to wait. He continued to help me when Justin was tied up helping another customer. Chris was so pleasant and professional. The work was completed that day just as promised. I will definitely continue to go to Hall Ford on Jefferson Ave for my repair work. More

8:45am appointment 5 hours later Check in was seamless Justin had is ready! Routine maintenance add check engine light which I coded and told the service guys. Well what was supppse to take an hour or two took 5! No snacks just water! Spent more in labor then any thing! When complained I got 30.00 off a 350.00 bill which 220.00 Was labor which breaks down to 44.00 an hour! Fluids where not top off at all, no antifreeze was all over the engine. Won't be back! More
Don't make an appointment...it doesn't mean anything! I needed to have service done on my 2014 F350. I called the service number on their website and scheduled an appointment. I also made an appointment for the same time and day on their website. I got a friend from work to meet me at Hall Ford to drop off my truck. When I get to the truck service desk, I was informed that they are backed up two weeks and can't get to my truck. I told them I made two appointments for the same time just to be sure. He said that their call center is not located with the dealership and this happens all the time. I was leaving for a camping trip towing a trailer with my truck in two days and was counting on my appointment. They left me scrambling to find another Ford service center at the last minute. Not to mention, the time wasted having my ride meet me at the dealership. This is the second time this has happened to me at Hall Ford! I've taken my truck to another Ford dealership for service and will continue to stay away from Hall. More
Great service department I've been dealing with Hall since 1997, when it was also Hall Mitsubishi. I bought a Mirage first, then an Eclipse Spyder convertible in 2007. I so appreciate the service department for ease of scheduling, politeness, good prices, and, of course, free inspections. My only complaint has nothing to do with them; it's the difficulty using the call center telephone numbers to reach them. Yesterday (Feb. 17, 2016), I spent several useless minutes trying to reach Hall Ford Lincoln in Newport News by using the toll-free number provided on the website. How annoying to be connected to a person who had no idea how to help me. I needed an estimate on some body work, not knowing that Hall no longer had a body shop. The person at the call center told me I had an appointment today at 2:00 p.m. with Larry. When I arrived at Hall Ford Lincoln in Newport News to keep this appointment, naturally there was no such person. Fortunately, in keeping with their usual excellent service, the folks behind the counter used the computer to "find" me and explain that they no longer had a body shop. They called Bay Custom Auto nearby and set up an immediate appointment for me. They also gave me their local number so I won't have to use the call center ever again. I would be so happy if the Hall corporation would revert to using local numbers. More
