Great overall experience...have been taking my F-150 here for 3+ yrs and the service staff and techs have taken extraordinary care of my vehicle. I rated the price a 4 vice a 5 only because there are some other shops around that are cheaper, but this is no indication that I think they are over priced--you get what you pay for. A better metric might be VALUE vice PRICE. Anyone can offer a low price but Hall Ford truly offers better VALUE. More

The dealership did an outstanding job of cleaning my vehicle. It was a bit pricey but the level of service was worth the expense. My Husband had taken the car in for a inspection. The car failed due to a tire and back license plate light. My husband was given an appointment for the next day to get it reinspected. I called the service center to see if they can just reinspect because my Apt complex dosn't allow cars with a failed inspections to be parked in the parking lot. WE PURCHASED A FORD FIVE HUNDRED IN 2006 DUE TO THE 170 MILE PER DAY COMMUTE PER DAY; WE THOUGHT THE FIVE HUNDRED WOULD BE A SAFE AND RELIABLE VEHCILE.
