ALWAYS EXCUSES I'll start by saying we have been customers of this dealership since the "Center Ford"days..We've purchased several vehicles from Center & Hall Ford.. I'll start by saying we have been customers of this dealership since the "Center Ford"days..We've purchased several vehicles from Center & Hall Ford.. But I must say with all honesty that their customer service has continually gone downhill. I don't believe that for one minute it's okay to strongly deny you said something when you did, nor is it okay to charge the customer a price differently than is offered on your website "Specials". Both are wrong!! It disturbs me greatly to know that this practice is ripping people off. Not to mention that I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change & tire rotation & didn't leave until 11:30. Plus no mention when I checked in that it would be so long. This dealership is consistent on ALWAYS being behind. It's sad really!! That the customer has to deal with the Service Department after they've purchased a new vehicle. I wanted to speak with the Manager, but no one was around, nor did anyone bother to ask me if I needed any help, while I wandered the sales floor. NEVER AGAIN!! We will NOT EVER be buying a vehicle from this dealership ever again!! Noone nor this dealership, ever wants to hear from the customer especially when there's an issue. I really hope more past customers & future customes will do the same thing & find a new place to spend our money! Some place where customer service still means GOOD BUSINESS! More

Still a satisfied customer I have been having my vehicle serviced at this location for almost 2 years. I have been very pleased with the professionalism, punctuality and efficie I have been having my vehicle serviced at this location for almost 2 years. I have been very pleased with the professionalism, punctuality and efficiency of the staff as well as service team. On my last visit I had an issue which I addressed with management and it was taken care of promptly. The service manager went above and beyond to correct the problem. I will continue taking my vehicle to Hall Ford for my service needs. More
Rushed to do the job I brought my wife’s 2013 Escape in to be worked on for a recall. Customer service I do have to say are friendly. The car has been having more issues then when we took it there to be worked on. Screws in reservoirs have not been tightened, windshield washer fluid hose line was either not connected back or a hole was punched in it. I’m just sorry I didn’t listen to my wife when she first got the car back. The day she got her car out of service it shut off on her before she left the parking lot and they said nothing was wrong with it. I believed them and shouldn’t have. Found out after it happened again, the battery terminals were never tightened. I can go on and on about all the things that were and still are loose. More
Walked in for an oil change walked out with a new truck. Chris Hancock and they sales team at Hall Ford are awesome! I bought my last truck with Chris last year and when I saw my new truck I immediately look Chris Hancock and they sales team at Hall Ford are awesome! I bought my last truck with Chris last year and when I saw my new truck I immediately looked for Chris again. I was only browsing while I was getting my oil changed. The new truck was parked in the same spot where I saw my old truck. It was meant to be. Chris walked out and saw me and recognized me from the last year. The rest is history. More
