Ms. Anderson determined the service departmant could replace the drivers side mirror the garage wall didn't like. Also, saved us a bunch of money when I asked about replacing the front passenger carpet replace the drivers side mirror the garage wall didn't like. My vehicle is NOT a ford but I would not take it anywhere else. I always get very friendly service. Anytime I have a problem with the vehicle, which has been a few times in the past month, Jeff has taken t else. I always get very friendly service. I never have any problems getting the vehicle in immediately and the turnaround time is great. I appreciate the way Lisa (Jeff's team leader)handles followup as I am never left wondering what is going on nor have I had to make the calls to find out about my vehicle.
