When I explained I was "just looking", he understood and encouraged me to look around, though the Sonata was a well-built bang for your buck sedan. We returned on two different occassions and had nothing but informative and professional visits. Terry is a genuine and honest individual who believes in the product he sells and will answer your questions with patience and information. The other sales personnel we encountered were also professional and "non-threatening". We purchased the 2011 Sonata and are extremely pleased with our decision. Value for your dollar, safety, options, and gas mileage couldn't be beat. On top of that, the vehicle looks great as well. The pricing and loan rates were handled by Jerry, and not a painstaking process at most dealerships. The purchasing experience was not a pressure sell and we had all the time needed to make our decision. This dealer stands behind its product and it sells itself--the quality and ammenities of the vehicle in comparison to cost is unmatched--there is no better warranty out there! Terry will work hard for you and has the experience one only dreams to find at many dealerships. He has nearly two decades with the company and is one heck of person to boot. I came to the dealership just to look around, and was greeted by John Vommero. I told him what I was looking for, and he pointed out the cars I would be able to afford.
