I have now had two extremely frustrating situations with the service department and will never take my vehicle there again! They took OVER 2 months to replace my under-warranty engine, left my car extremely dirty and musty from it just sitting during this time, and left my car with no gas whatsoever. They told me twice that there was nothing wrong with my car and let me drive off the lot, when there were clearly still issues. I had to have the car towed back to shop the first time before I could even get the car home, because the engine died. The 2nd time all of the ABS and break lights lit up before I was even out of the parking lot. My service rep and his supervisor were nice enough at the beginning, but not helpful in any way that actually matters when it came down to it. In fact, the supervisor acted like he was doing me a favor by not charging me a 2nd diagnostic fee when I told them all of the lights were still on in the car- and for providing me with a loner car, that I had to consistently ask for after they had already had the car for 2 weeks. They both ultimately told me that it was out of their hands and they did what they were supposed to do, and that's it. Transparency and communication did not exist throughout the process, and I don't believe they actually care about any of their customers.
