The service took way to long. It shouldn't take three hours to do a oil change and state inspection. I also didn't really understand how people that came after me left before me. I have owned a car since I was 18, so I have dealt with many different car service centers. I normally go to Kia at Lynnhaven, and always no problem. But Kia Green brier was the worst service dept, I have many different car service centers. I normally go to Kia at Lynnhaven, and always no problem. But Kia Green brier was the worst service dept, I have ever dealt with. It took 4 days to get a tire, and then when I picked it up, they still forgot to do the state inspection, and I had to go back in and wait longer for that. Then when I got home, I found and ant infestation. I had to spray the whole inside of my car to get rid of the ants. To those of you that had great service, lucky you. Leaving my car for service was a nightmare. Talyia is the only one to help make my day a little better. More
