Good service from desk, but really need to get a diesel tech in the shop. 2 hour long oil changes aren't exactly ideal, especially when you have 1st appt available appt at 7am. Scheduled a recall service a month in advance. I dropped the car off for the service only to be called a few hours later saying they had to order the parts. She person that scheduled the service knew about the recall details and had plenty of time to order the parts. I wasted my time and effort to get the car up to the service department. Now I have to do this all over again in a month when the parts come in. I don’t think I would ever buy a car for Southern Kia More
