Buying my brand new Kia K4 was the worst mistake I’ve made. Dealing with having my vehicle in their shop now 3 times in 3 weeks with 400 miles on my car is insane to me. They run tests, say they fixed th made. Dealing with having my vehicle in their shop now 3 times in 3 weeks with 400 miles on my car is insane to me. They run tests, say they fixed the fuel system issue, next day check engine light is on again. This last time my light came on and my sunroof wouldnt open. They had my car for 5 days and finally tested it to order a part and now we wait to have that fixed. Communication is terrible. There is zero way to actually call a person at the service department since they have some phone tree that doesn’t go to the office. Do yourself a favor and DONT BUY A KIA! I'm giving a 2 only because my salesman, Kerrik, was amazing. Other than that there service department is horrible. They have attitudes, loud, rude and talk about other customers in the presence of othe amazing. Other than that there service department is horrible. My car under full warranty is clearly having transmission issues (under 8k miles when I brought it in.) they didn't drive it around only put it on a diagnostic and said it can't be duplicates. Well it does it religiously for me. I bought both of my kias from here and so did my daughter, but based on the service quality when you need them. I would never by another one from here. More
