I was very disappointed with the entire experience. I sat patiently in their waiting room for almost 2 hours. I finally went and asked how much longer it would be. Turned out my car had been ready for I sat patiently in their waiting room for almost 2 hours. I finally went and asked how much longer it would be. Turned out my car had been ready for over an hour but no one bothered to let me know. I saw the name of the person to contact if I had any questions on the paperwork so I immediately called and left a message. I’ve never received a response. However I’m not completely surprised by this as the buying of my car 6 months before was much the same. The kid that sold it to me couldn’t explain any of the features and was going to call me to set up a time to come back so he could show me everything. Still waiting on that call, thankfully not holding my breath. More
