Brought the SUV in for state inspection and waited the expected time based on when I arrived in the queue. . One start because I can’t give it a zero. Problem was not resolved. A soundless video was sent with no explanation and the vehicle was returned to me with no repairs. Prior visits I was told it was the exhaust so I had the exhaust replaced and the problem remained. I’ve never been to any business, car dealership or otherwise were the customer service was so terrible, they were either unable or unwilling to communicate in an efficient manner. The mechanics seemed to be guessing at the problem and after close to four months of back and forth the ineptitude of the staff across the board (not including the rental car associate) was unbearable. The customer service never called back or followed up with anything they said they would. I will never bring my vehicle back to Southern Kia Virginia Beach ever again and I would advise against anyone else doing so as well More
