When picking up my vehicle, no one acknowledged me when I came in. While waiting for the cashier, the male service attendant was complaining about work very explicitly with colorful language. The personal is very friendly and is trying to help the best way they can. Unfortunately an issue with my car was not resolved prior to the pick up.
