Waited until after 5 pm and multiple phone calls and messages to call to let me know about my car. Car was dropped off at 730 am to fox known recall issues. Work was scheduled a week in advance. Was told they were short staffed and that was why they couldn't call me back. Looked at summary of work given and the 1 recall the did fix was billed at 1/3 hour of work. Unacceptable to keep car for 10 hours. Not return phone calls. And have done less than 30 minutes of work. And now I have to schedule a second experience with this because they were not prepared to do work they scheduled a week in advance. More
