I was a little disappointed after sitting for about 2 hours for a oil change to find out the filter wasn't there.knowing I was coming I would have thought that would have been taken care of before I got hours for a oil change to find out the filter wasn't there.knowing I was coming I would have thought that would have been taken care of before I got there. Finally one of the service guys Brain said he notice I had been there for awhile had any body told me what the problem was .I stated no. He then told me it's because the filter wasn't in.I was not often a car wash or some gas or something. Was not pleased. More
