T We purchased a Certified-Pre-Owned 2015 Mazda3 last week and our experience couldn’t be better, it was truly a pleasure to work with Thomas Dubois. Thomas was very knowledgeable about all the available vehicles and there was no pressure to buy. We checked out 2 other dealerships and online prices then came back to Hyman Brothers because the Mazda3 drove far better than other similar sized cars we tested, their pricing was great, they offered the highest trade-in value, and because their customer service was best by far. We are very happy with the car and the experience and will be going back to Hyman Bothers when it’s time for our next car. More

When we finally decided on the model and extras we wanted, it wasn't on the lot. Thomas found the exact CX-9 we wanted and had it brought to the dealership. Poor service from Sales Manager of all people This dealership pulls you in with their ads, promising the same price as car max and free shipping. However, when I called to speak with their sales m This dealership pulls you in with their ads, promising the same price as car max and free shipping. However, when I called to speak with their sales manager Josh the truth is revealed. If large amounts of money can't be made, they simply aren't interested. I'm a pre approves customer that was very interested in a car, Josh was happy to tell me all about the vehicle, tell me to contact him... Until I mentioned "the trade" then he didn't respond to my email, no counter offer. Actually, he had another salesman email me and say the car was sold and Josh the manager was on a "nice" vacation to put it exactly as written. This Mazda dealership lost a pre approved customer that would have been able to work out a deal even without the trade. Buyer Please BEWARE More

Vw wouldn't do anything about it but Mazda amazing got me in a new car I can trust. My husband and I bought a new Mazda 3. Feel I love the second I sat in it. Our sales person Thomas Dubois was absolutely amazing got the price where it needed to be. And our amazing finance manager Jessica Leggio was wonderful and a delight to be around and work with. She got us an apr significantly lower then what we were pre approved at. I would definitely buy my next car from them and recommend anyone looking for a reliable car to go to them. AMAZING IM SO HAPPY I unfortunately didn't buy my made from this dealership but If could go back in time I would. I made the mistake of listening to the radio and going t I unfortunately didn't buy my made from this dealership but If could go back in time I would. I made the mistake of listening to the radio and going to Hall Mazda on Holland Rd, and the amount of regret I have for haunts that me every time I start my car. But that's besides the point; more to the point, I want to say that I have been to this dealership twice, once while looking for a different car, and a second time to get my GPS unit installed. I got a fantastic deal and the people who helped me were absolutely fantastic! I am stuck with my car (at least for a the time being) and it's not that disappointed with my car or anything (Don't get me wrong, I LOVE MY CX-5 <3) But I feel I'm more upset with the price I paid at Hall Mazda and that I hadn't done all my homework before buying. They say hindsight is 20/20 and they are absolutely right, but I digress. The quality work they did when they installed my GPS was flawless, it was a very quick service taking about an hour (I was in a line) and I was on my way. Thank you so much again and I highly, highly highly recommend this dealership. I will be (and have been) recommending this dealership to so many new car buyers and family members and I will never return to Hall again. More
