I did ask them to put a bolt for something under the front of my car. The guy said they had the part but didn’t do it so it’s very frustrating because I asked for it to be done and they just didn’t do i front of my car. Cleo the advisor said I needed a a whole new engine because my car was overheating and it was causes from a blown head gasket. I told them a had an extended warranty but he said it will be May before t because my car was overheating and it was causes from a blown head gasket. I told them that I was willing to wait because I only wanted Mazda to touch my vehicle, he said that he doesn’t want to deal with my extended warranty company and I should take my car to another dealership. I then took my car to another repair shop, where the diagnostic was a bad water pump which cause coolant to leak into the oil. They said this was a major issue with Mazda CX 9 and should have been a recall issued or class action lawsuit. My warranty company paid for my new water pump and my car is working and on the road again. I trusted Mazda so much before but now I have lost all faith in Mazda service and Mazda cars period, so disappointed. I got my family to buy Mazda but now I’m telling them to trade in for another brand. More

Brake issue was quickly diagnosed and resolved with limited cost. Unfortunately, the location of washer fluid sensor required the front bumper removal to be replaced.
