I had a service appointment recently that I was really satisfied with. But once I left the appointment I realized I have easy care so my oil change should've been covered and I should've gotten a free car satisfied with. I have tried to contact the dealership multiple times since then to ask about a refund for my oil change and getting a car wash but nobody will return my calls. More
