I absolutely would not recommend anyone to this dealership. If you use this dealership be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing. Screen shot all texts and save all emails. I’ve sent out probably 15 voicemails, 3 emails, several texts to my sales associate and I have received absolutely zero responses. I’ve left voicemails with several managers, like Grant Beloch, sales associates and I’ve even called the store director Terrance Tubs. All voicemail’s with zero responses. I’ve reached out to Step One Automotive and have still gotten no where. It is 100% apparent that they are ignoring me in hopes I will just give up. These 2 items I will not give up on. Stay away, STAAAAYYYYYY AWAAAAYYYYYYYY!! There’s plenty of other Jeep dealerships around. More
