FINALLY REACHED SOMEONE WHO GOT MY INFORMATION OVER TO CORPORATE AND THE STORE MANAGER CALLED ME INSTANTLY AND OFFERED TO OVER NIGHT ME MY REFUND. I WILL MEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. THEY FIRST REVIEW WAS GENUINE AND WVEN AFTER THEY TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK I STILL WASN’T UPSET BUT WHAT HAPPENED AFTER RETURNING THE VEHICLE IS WHAT REALLY GOT TO ME. Cliffs Notes: CDJR South Savannah lied and misled me all the way through purchasing a 2022 Ram 1500 truck for MSRP with me confirming the deal and sale price over and over and over again through multiple e the way through purchasing a 2022 Ram 1500 truck for MSRP with me confirming the deal and sale price over and over and over again through multiple emails, texts, and confirmed verbally with two different sales people on the phone in multiple calls all day long(I’m purchasing out of state) Everything locked in, once they had me fill out the credit application online(now an official hit on my credit) the manager tacked on an extra $15,000 “market adjustment” to the deal. I’ve gotten plenty of dealerships to be transparent about their “market adjustments” and just move on when they answer truthfully. This dealership failed on all levels of communication of that until after I was assured the numbers were exactly what they told me and I just needed to apply for credit to secure the truck. I buy a couple vehicles a year from all over the country. And have never gotten personally penalized on my credit just for trying to purchase a vehicle. Ever. Extremely shady and incompetent business practice. Do not waste your time, hard earned money, and especially CREDIT SCORE by doing business with them. Please. Buyer beware. More

They never return a phone call. I traded a van in ( mid Sept) that needed to be paid off. My bank called me that my loan is now past due. I called to see when they would send the payoff to the bank.
