I have had so many problems with the Nissan of Chesapeake. They charged my contract for the LoJack, and its not working. I have went on the weekend and I was told that it will work in 48 hours. Then I was told it will take 60 days. 60 days has passed. They put a new Lojack in my car, and it's still not working. I was charged for this feature in my contract. I was told that Nissan of Chesapeake, David or Jay would follow up with me. I have constantly called and no one is responding. I even reached out to a manager Gino, and no one is communicating about this manner. I truly regret dealing with this dealership. I purchased a jeep from them in December, and it had a busted hose, and bad sensors. I had it for one week and it was in the shop for over a week. After constantly having problems they allowed me to trade it for this 2022 Rogue. The keys needed batteries, it had a knick in the windshield and the car died on me and they had to tow it and they had to replace the battery. I truly hate that I purchased anything from this place. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered in over 18 years. They are not communicating and they are ignoring my calls. I'm utterly frustrated with Nissan of Chesapeake. More

They suck and put a pregnant woman in danger. Came in to get my spare put on because my lock key went missing, everything was going well. Turns out they hadn't torqued the nuts so they were coming off while I drove, and damaged a stud. This is completely unacceptable and very dangerous. Then they have been very hard to get a hold of to let them know the issue. I will not be going back there for service or purchase. More
