An untimely battery failure put my family in a bind last Sunday and no Monday appointment were available on your web scheduler. So we booked for Tuesday. It took a lot of effort but we managed to get the car to turn-over on Monday and I feared if I turned it off, it might not start again the next morning. I called and asked M'tazi if I could just drop it off a day early. Not only did she agree, she turned it around with repairs, state inspect, oil change and some minor fixes for safety on Monday afternoon. We were so stressed! But we knew M'Tazi would take care of us. Before Monday was over, all the stress was lifted. She's an asset to your team. I hope you are compensating her fairly. Loosing her would be detrimental.
