Southern Oregon Subaru is a great place to purchase a quality vehicle! My wife and I visited numerous dealerships with cash in hand, fully intending on buying a family car. We ran into nothing but ridi quality vehicle! My wife and I visited numerous dealerships with cash in hand, fully intending on buying a family car. We ran into nothing but ridiculous sales shenanigan's until we met Richard Hayden at Southern Oregon Subaru. He listened to our budget then guided us to cars we were interested in and could afford. He provided the time and even encouraged us to take a longer test drive to get a real feel for the car. He was very upfront with us, customer service orientated and streamlined the paperwork to respect our time. We drove away very pleased with our new purchase and our experience! A few years ago my mom and I stopped into the dealership, just basically looking and "dreaming". We met Nick & Levi. Both were very helpful even though we weren't in a position to purchase at that time. But just basically looking and "dreaming". We met Nick & Levi. Both were very helpful even though we weren't in a position to purchase at that time. But it gave us a goal to work toward. They would give us a call every few months just to check in and see if there were any questions we had about the new Subarus. A year or two later my mom was ready. In 2020 she bought her new Forester and loves it still. I had to wait a bit longer, but FINALLY, Feb. 15, 2023, my husband and I got our 2019 Forester Sport. It's like new and I LOVE it!!! Levi was fantastic to work with. Never pushy, just always helpful. Val worked out the finances and found the right plan for us. Great buying experience! The people at SOSubaru are so kind and not pushy! I was not planning a new car but after a losing my car in an accident a few weeks. I found myself needing to get a new car.
