When we arrived, Nick helped my cousin through the entire process, and even provided us with a tour of the service area - something that I was interested in. I was blown away by the professionalism, the friendliness and courtesy of all the employees whom we met along the way. The vehicles were pretty impressive, too! Later that evening, as we drove off in a new 2020 Forester, I vowed that if ever I were in the market for a new vehicle (mine is a very reliable older SUV, different make), I would go to Southern Oregon Subaru.
