We purchased a Forester in 2011 and while there were some things we didn't like about that model, it was very good mechanically, good gas mileage, among other things, and the Service Department was excellent (thus the rating below). We love our new Outback and were blessed to have Bob Adams as our sales rep as we were 7 years ago when Jeff Nichol sold us the Forester. This is an excellent dealership and probably the best one in this Valley for overall quality of employees, trustworthiness, great quality vehicles. There is a sense of family among the employees. Bob Adams is gifted in being able to "read" customers well. In other words, he is immediately sensitive to what a potential buyer is looking for. Wally and Wendy are great ambassadors of SOSUBARU. I could not rate SOSUBARU any higher. I have never given any other dealership with which we have worked over the years such a high rating. Says a great deal about this dealership! More
