Bob took me to an Outback and we reviewed it in detail. Some time passed and I called Bob and asked him if he could have the new car ready on a certain date. He made the promise and I picked my new car up last week. I am extraordinarily pleased with the new car. It’s like I was 12 years old and Disneyland opened a major new ride.
