Best Car-Buying Experience I went to Southern Oregon Subaru because of two reasons. Firstly, I'd heard from everyone that Subarus were excellent cars. Secondly, I'd seen that So I went to Southern Oregon Subaru because of two reasons. Firstly, I'd heard from everyone that Subarus were excellent cars. Secondly, I'd seen that Southern Oregon Subaru had nothing but stellar reviews, save for comments from people who would have been unhappy no matter what. Every positive review is accurate. I went to Southern Oregon Subaru this year with the hopes of buying my first car ever, and I left MORE than satisfied. I had my mind on something at least 10 years old and not exactly the fanciest thing ever. I left with a current-year model with less than 2k miles on it, and a payment I could easily make each month. Bob Adams worked with my and my parents to get me exactly what would work for my budget, and I never once felt pressured into doing something I didn't want to. You hear and see jokes and tropes all the time about car salesmen and how they're not to be trusted whatsoever, but Bob Adams and Southern Oregon Subaru are a shining example of just how UNTRUE that trope can be. From start to finish, my exchange with Bob was a delight, and would honestly recommend both him and the dealership he works at to anyone in need of a new vehicle. "All-Star" Service from an "All-Star" Team! Four years ago my son and I came to Southern Oregon Subaru in search of a safe (and fun) car for him to use in college and thereafter. Gregg Sorenson and his team took extra time to walk my son through the process of purchasing a car. As a dad (and an educator) I greatly appreciated that. From that experience it was clear to me that the employees at Southern Oregon Subaru focus on customer service and maintaining a positive long-time relationship with anyone who purchases a car from this dealership. That was an important factor when the time came for me to purchase another vehicle. That time came this past October. I remembered Bob Adams from my previous visit. Bob is about the most earnest and thoughtful sales professional I have ever encountered. I made several drop-by visits as I did my car comparison shopping. He made sure my questions were answered. One of those times, he was working with another customer so he recruited his colleague, Matt Meade, to take my wife and me on a test-drive. When it came time to settle on price and terms, Bob was straightforward and true. He clearly had been listening and helped me select a 2018 Subaru Forester that included the options I had been looking for at a fair (and excellent) price with exceptional financing. His follow-through on the details was impeccable. The car is a great fit for what I need! Once I had decided, the purchasing process went very quickly. Bob (and Wally Fipps) guided me through the paperwork and I was able to drive away in my new car that day. Just as important has been the follow-up attention to make sure my car is working as promised. The service department installed a trailer hitch and some other after-market accessories a few days later. Stephan Abrams provided a loaner vehicle and the service team completed the work ahead of schedule. Bob Adams touched base with me afterward to make sure all was in good order. I am thrilled with my new Subaru Forester . . . and I am glad that the team at Southern Oregon Subaru will ensure high-quality maintenance for it as I enjoy the many miles to come! An amazing Subaru Dealership I was planning on purchasing my leased 2015 Subaru Forester as that was the most perfect automobile I had ever operated and cared for, but I decided t I was planning on purchasing my leased 2015 Subaru Forester as that was the most perfect automobile I had ever operated and cared for, but I decided to take Jeff Nickel's recommendation to come to his dealership first. When I got there driving up to Medford from Mt Shasta, Jeff was busy with another customer, so he introduced me to another sales professional Bob Adams. The only way to describe Bob is that he is an extraordinary human being and Subaru sales professional. He treated me with kindness, respect and professionalism and went the extra mile or two to see that there were other options as well, and I ended up leaving the Dealership in a 2018 Premium Crosstrek, that very well may prove to be my favorite Subaru of my lifetime, and since this is my 5th Subaru and I have loved them all, that would be quite an achievement , so I do appreciate Jeff and Bob's kind Service and Professionalism, and highly recommend them both to anyone interested in the best line of automobiles made, in my opinion, Sincerely, Michael Haas More
