I must say, I do understand the "As Is" aspect of buying a used vehicle from certain dealerships. However, having to spend over $2000 on new brakes (that were almost metal to metal) & tires (due to dry rot) a used vehicle from certain dealerships. However, having to spend over $2000 on new brakes (that were almost metal to metal) & tires (due to dry rot) is frustrating for both financial reasons & safety reasons. I understand major issues that they may not have been able to detect. But dry rot tires and bad breaks are something the dealership was or should have been aware of. This has gone from what I believed to be a decent car buying experience to one that I could not, nor would not speak well of. More
