Impossible to Speak with Service Rep Dropped of my car on Friday Nov 25th 2016 - never heard a word back from the service adviser despite her assurance that she would call later that same Dropped of my car on Friday Nov 25th 2016 - never heard a word back from the service adviser despite her assurance that she would call later that same day. Called on Nov 26th asking for status - service adviser was not working, another adviser took my name and number - this time I got a call back to tell me that NOTHING had been done with my car. NO ONE had even looked at the tilt/sunroof - informed I would get a call "for sure" on Monday morning. It is now 3:10 pm - left voice messages, none of the advisers are answering their phone. It's going to rain tonight and I can't even get a chance to ask that my car be parked inside to avoid rainwater coming through the partially closed tilt/sunroof let alone what the problem is with the tilt/sunroof. Poor communications equals poor customer service. More
