Slow and not trustworthy I have never been a person to talk bad about a business I am really good about not letting things bother me. Especially in my line of work. But today I have never been a person to talk bad about a business I am really good about not letting things bother me. Especially in my line of work. But today I felt very disrespected and misguided by the sales person. I told the gentleman several times if it is something that I have to pay for I do not want it. I know service departments do extra things to women's car because they know we don't know about this types of things that's why I make sure to say if it's not covered under warranty don't worry about this. I said call me if its anything I will have to pay for I had a friend on the phone with me and she heard me tell him this several times. My appointment was at 830am. My car was finished at 430 that evening first he told me it was only going to be 2 hours to fix. Then when I go to pick up my car he charged me 122 dollars because the problem was not covered with the warranty. I was very upset and so frustrated I just went ahead and paid. I called to speak with a manager and of course no answer. I have several friends who have Hyundai's I will be telling them to not go there. Sincerly, A very upset customer More

All this took place in a calm, professional environment, without any undue pressure and tension, which unfortunately happened to me when buying cars in the past. To be honest, I was planning to go by Toyota later that day to check some more vehicles, but thanks to Mr. Elijah Sanders, who spent a lot of time with us answering all questions in a professional and caring manner topped with a sense of humor, I decided that Elantra was the right car for me. We were also happy with the final price. Mr. Sanders is definitely the best salesman I have worked with and needs to be commended for his professionalism and calm demeanor. THANK YOU! More

She showed us a car that we ultimately bought. We told her we were just beginning our search for a new car, and that we wanted to go to other dealerships before making a final decision to buy a Hyundai. We pursued other options including Kia and Toyota, and decided we liked the Hyundai best because of its features and design. We feel the price we negotiated was fair, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. More
